目前支持DX11的硬件已经面世，比如AMD的Radeon HD 5000系列显卡，对于仍在使用Vista系统暂时没有升级到Windows 7的朋友其实一样可以在老系统下体验到DX11。
Ngohq网站做了一个脚本程序，只要运行一下就可以在Vista平台通过Windows Update程序来升级DX11(KB971644)了，需要注意的是Vista系统必须要求安装SP2补丁。
